Job Description

Pennoni is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience consistent but not limited to:

  • Performing receptionist duties at front desk which primarily includes answering phones and greeting visitors/guests
  • Performing administrative and office support activities such as mail distribution and filing
  • Managing conference room calendars and scheduling as well as facilitating luncheons and meetings
  • Answering routine correspondence and serving as a liaison to field personnel
  • Working on special projects when necessary, typing letters/proposals, and all other administrative related support for a consulting engineering services provider

Job Requirements

The qualified candidate will possess the following requirements:
  • Years of experience: TBD based on level.
  • A High School Diploma is required.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
This individual must be capable of working in a fast paced multi-task client service environment with the ability to solve problems and make quick and effective decisions. The successful candidate must also be able to set priorities and handle multiple situations and projects simultaneously, as well as effectively interact with both external and internal clients.
