Job Description

Pennoni is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience consistent but not limited to:

- Performing administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors including Office Director, Engineers, Technicians, and other Admin Assistants in the office 
 
- Preparing word and spreadsheet documentation, photocopying, filing, scheduling of meeting rooms usage, and other general administrative functions as needed
 
- Managing calendars, scheduling and supplies
 
- Answering routine correspondence and serving as a liaison to employees
 
- Assembling and working with confidential information
 
- Working on special projects when necessary, typing proposals, facilitating luncheons and meetings, and all other administrative related support for a consulting engineering services provider

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
- 4-7 Years of experience
- High School Diploma 
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
 
The successful candidate must also be able to set priorities and handle multiple situations and projects simultaneously, as well as effectively interact with both external and internal clients. This includes handling incoming phone calls and visitors of the office in a professional and friendly manner.
