Job Description

Pennoni Associates, a leading engineering and design consulting firm is currently looking for a CADD Technician with experience consistent but not limited to:

- Developing complete sets of site development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D including site geometry, utility, erosion and sediment control, grading/drainage plans and details in accordance with client and agencies

- Analyzing surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photographs, and other materials to identify potential project constraints and the best approach in developing and completing projects on time and on budget

- Completing red lines and plan revisions; Researching and reviewing deeds, ordinances, technical reports, municipal, state and federal codes to ensure compliance

- Collaborating with project managers and design staff to provide status updates, discuss challenges, and address plan revisions

Job Requirements

Required education: High School Diploma
One year CAD certification from a college or technical school, or equivalent combination of training and experience
Minimum years of work experience: 4-7
Computer skills required: AutoCAD C3D; Microsoft
High AutoCAD proficiency; Full range of visual depth perception and the ability to distinguish colors
