Job Description

Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a Construction Engineering Practice Leader with experience consistent, but not limited to:

  • Working with our Regional Vice President of Construction Engineering Services and our other team members to manage and lead our Construction Engineering services
    • Services are provided primarily in transportation market and public works infrastructure, including construction engineering inspection and construction management services to state, county and local government as well as authorities, commissions and utilities
  • Maintaining responsibility for the leadership, growth, financial performance and quality of our services
  • Servicing clients, managing projects, managing operations, developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and leading strategic growth
  • Ensuring that our team is working effectively with all disciplines and regions within Pennoni

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Required education: BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline. MS in Engineering or MBA is preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of work experience
  • Minimum of 10+ years of management experience
  • Licenses required: Professional Engineer (PE) license is beneficial, but not required.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite and Windows.
