The Energy Logistics Analyst position will be responsible for Working as part of the Pennoni’s Energy Management Services Division, you will responsible for delivering against operational targets ensuring or  Industrial and Commercial (I&C) customers invoices are accurate and tracked in Pennoni’s Proprietary Energy Management System OPTICS™

 

Role Accountabilities

  • Ensure all work items, tasks and queries are progressed as per target
  • Ensure all Contract and Operational processes are understood to ensure you can flex to support priority work flow as per business requirements
  • Ensure all work items, tasks and queries are completed to the desired quality
  • Responsible for the assurance of our I&C customers invoices and that the reporting accurately reflects the customers portfolio and consumption
  • Support your peers and colleagues across the Pennoni  Business where business priorities dictate
  • Ensure OPTICS™ is updated thoroughly too accurately reflect any activity undertaken on customers’ accounts and allow a simple to follow audit trail for Customer Care
  • Report issues and opportunities for improvement to your team manager or any of the leadership support in Energy Management Services
  • Support other ad hoc tasks/projects as requested by your manager
  • Understand and adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to the Competence and Training procedures to promote a culture where customers are treated fairly and are properly informed.

  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to manage their own time to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient IT skills – Microsoft Word & Excel essential
  • Experience of managing critical and sensitive data/information
  • Producing and recording documentation in a timely and accurate manner
