Job Description

Pennoni is currently looking for an Engineering Division Manager with experience consistent but not limited to:

  • Managing, directing, and overseeing projects
  • Managing staff and developing work
  • Reviewing and monitoring quality and process improvements for projects
  • Coordinating with fellow engineers and staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
  • Presenting and explaining proposals, reports, and findings to clients
  • Consulting or negotiating with clients to prepare project specifications
  • Setting goals and objectives for projects
  • Overseeing the preparation of bids, estimates, and budgets

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of management experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Computer Skills Required: AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
