Job Description

Pennoni is currently looking for an Graduate Land Development Engineer with experience consistent, but not limited to:

  • Public and private sector land development projects including parks and recreation projects, trail and greenway planning, and commercial redevelopment projects in urban and suburban settings.

  • Proficiency with basic fundamentals of site planning and design, including layout, grading, drainage, and plant materials.

  • Proficiency with graphic renderings, such as rendering plans and photo-simulations.

  • Experience within Eastern Pennsylvania region is a plus.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture

  • Minimum years of experience: 0-2 years of related experience.

  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Rendering with Photoshop, Sketch-Up, etc.

  • Ability to work in an energetic and challenging work environment on a variety of project types.

  • Ability to work effectively with others, manage time and self-edit work.
