Job Description

Pennoni Associates is currently looking for a Project Electrical Engineer to work with experience consistent, but not limited to:

  • Developing detailed electrical system schematics, perform analytical circuit functionality and make any necessary system modifications required to meet project specifications
  • Integrating wire harnesses, connectors, sensors, switches, and electrical components into overall architecture including high and low voltage systems
  • Developing wiring architecture, power distribution, electrical system needs and requirements
  • Commercial building design including both new construction along with renovations
  • Knowledge of MEP related standard codes and guidelines (NFPA, NEC, etc.) and construction code requirements
  • Interfacing with internal and external clients, assisting with managing budgets, prepare proposals, etc
  •  Support overall electrical systems development and build support.
  • Managing and creating conceptual design and plans and executing assignments for multidisciplinary projects, as well as overseeing the design work of other engineers and designers

Job Requirements
  • Required education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum years of work experience: 5-10
  • Licenses: PE preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
