Job Description

Pennoni Associates is currently looking for a Project Manager with experience consistent but not limited to:

  • Ability to identify and capture new work from existing clients
  • Functioning initially as a client facing project manager of multi-discipline team of civil, land planning, transportation, environmental, structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing engineers
  • Ability to use strong communication, financial and client management skills to deliver projects on-time and under budget
  • Natural authenticity, humility and resonant leadership style to deliver respect and results
  • Ability to identify new opportunities, capture new work and lead teams on project assignments
  • Estimation of construction projects and/or review of bid pricing; Technical management of central energy generation projects, electrical power generation, electrical utility, substation, utility vaults, underground vaults

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
 
  • Required education Bachelor's Degree - technical, science, management or related field
  • Minimum years of work experience: 12+
  • Minimum years of management experience: 4-7
  • Licenses required: Ohio Professional Engineer 
  • Computer skills required: Microstation, AutoCAD, bridge design software, Word, Excel and Microsoft Project
Preferred Attributes:
  • Project Management Experience
  • Client Relationships in Columbus & Southern Ohio
