Job Description

Pennoni Associates is current seeking a Proposal Specialist with experience consistent, but not limited to:

  • Development and production of Statements of Qualification, proposal materials, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, including 254/255 and SF 330 forms.
  • Analyzing RFP requirements to develop the most comprehensive and responsive submission possible, coordinating sub consultant information, overseeing and/or developing submittal layout, production and delivery.
  • Updating and maintaining Pennoni's proposal resource library, ensuring that resumes/projects updated for specific proposals are updated in the firm's main storage.
  • Completing Annual and Semi-Annual firm qualifications with both public and private agencies.
  • Interacting with staff to accomplish the writing and editing of items such as resumes, project descriptions, and management and technical documents.
  • Working as a team with Marketing and Business Development staff to provide the foundation for success of Pennoni's Client Development efforts.
