Job Description

Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a Project Bridge Engineer with experience consistent, but not limited to:

  • Experience with Bridge Rehabilitation design, load ratings, and design of temporary structures
  • Experience with all facets of bridge engineering - design, condition inspection and load ratings.
  • Experience with marine/waterfront structures.
  • Experience with project and/or task management of bridge/structural tasks. Microstation drafting and design of transportation bridge projects
  • Proficient CADD experience with Microstation

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
  • Essential Software Tools: Microstation
  • Computer Skills Required: STAAD, SAP, MDX, DESCUS, Microsoft Office, Scheduling Software
  • Required education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; MS degree a plus
  • Minimum years of work experience: 12+
  • Minimum years of management experience: 4-7
  • Licenses required: Professional Engineer in Maryland and DC; Professional Engineer in Virginia a plus
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience with Bridge Rehabilitation design, load ratings, and design of temporary structures
  • NBIS Bridge Inspector Team Leader Certification a plus
