Job Description

Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate with experience consistent, but not limited to:

  • Supporting talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs, assisting with the screening, interviewing, reference check, and offer letter process.
  • Working very closely with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming needs, ability to assess applicants regarding whether they would be able to perform well in the role.
  • Being responsible for registering, ordering supplies and attending networking events and college career fairs to grow the company's talent pool.
  • Organizing and attending meetings with Hiring Managers monthly to go over job progress
  • Maintaining and updating the application tracking system daily.
  • A point of contact for the HRIS Representatives when it comes to implementations and revisions to process
  • Overseeing an HR intern; giving daily lists of tasks and helping to train them on procedures
  • Manage all aspects of Co-op and Intern programs, Employee Referral Program, and Diversity Initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR Associate to provide candidates and new hires information regarding onboarding, benefits, etc.
  • Maintains and produces regular reports of data, information and statistics regarding performance, cost, effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting programs and onboarding processes.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least three years of relevant administrative and recruitment experience.
  • Experience with an HRIS system or Implementation process is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles.
  • Ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
  • A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a team member.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
